We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Operations Manager. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and collaborative professional to bring their expertise in operations and management to our mission.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide leadership and direction to the Community Partnership Lead, Workforce Development and Training Lead, and the Radical Change Lead
  • Work with our HR advisor to implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Manage resources effectively, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including members, partners, funders, and community organizations
  • Represent the charity at external events and meetings, advocating for the needs and perspectives of the recovery community

**Requirements**

  • Experience in operational management, including budgeting and financial oversight
  • Track record of successful team management and development
  • Excellent strategic thinking and planning skills
  • Competence in advocating for community involvement in service delivery and decision-making
