About the Role

We are seeking an experienced commercial manager to join our team as a Branch Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our dental practices across the South of England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and support a portfolio of practices to achieve financial and commercial targets
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure effective marketing and quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
  • Travel across the South of England to support practices and build relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven track record in business management, preferably in the dentistry industry
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
