Location: South of England

Salary: Circa £40,000 – £50,000 per annum plus bonuses

We are seeking an experienced commercial manager with a passion for dentistry to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and supporting our portfolio of practices to achieve financial and commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase private patient referrals and profitability
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure effective marketing and quality service delivery
  • Manage and support a team of professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and expansion

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business management, preferably in the dentistry industry
