The Role

We are seeking a senior full stack software engineer to play a leading role in delivering web and mobile applications to our first customers, backed by user-validated designs and a small but growing team of frontend and backend engineers. As a key member of our software team, you will bring substantial practical experience to both frontend and backend development.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Writing high-quality, maintainable code
  • Managing pull requests and conducting thorough code reviews
  • Developing architectures and technical solutions

You will work closely with our CTO and product owner to inform technical strategy and translate requirements into actionable technical plans and deliverables. Additionally, you will support and mentor the growth of junior developers.

Our Products

Our web, mobile, and EHR-integrated applications offer best-in-class actionable precision dosing insights to healthcare professionals, supporting the end-to-end process of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring and Model Informed Precision Dosing. Our primary users are hospital-based clinicians, pharmacists, and nurses who can provide patients with enhanced and personalized care across several therapeutic areas.

Requirements

We are looking for:

  1. Minimum of 5 years in full stack development, deploying production-level web and/or mobile applications
  2. Ability to write clean and maintainable code across our tech stack: Flutter (Dart), PostgreSQL, Django (Python)
  3. Experience with REST API, database, and microservice architecture design
  4. Implementation of CI/CD pipelines
  5. Effective delivery within an Agile development environment
  6. Willingness to participate in all-company and software-team on-site anchor days

We value experience in integrating with prominent Electronic Healthcare Record systems, developing for regulated environments, and data engineering.

Our Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process typically takes around 2-3 weeks and involves multiple opportunities to meet key team members and discover more about the role. The stages include:

  1. Application (screening questionnaire and CV)
  2. Independent coding assessment via HackerRank
  3. Introductory video call
  4. Coding assessment over video call
  5. Online interview with the team
  6. Final online assessment with a pre-set take-home assignment
