The RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering web and mobile applications to our first customers. As a key member of our software team, you will bring substantial practical experience to both frontend and backend development, driving the build of robust and scalable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop high-quality, maintainable code for web and mobile applications
- Manage pull requests and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure technical excellence
- Collaborate with the CTO and product owner to inform technical strategy and translate requirements into actionable plans
- Develop architectures and technical solutions to drive business growth and innovation
- Support and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and growth
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development, deploying production-level web and/or mobile applications
- Ability to write clean and maintainable code across our tech stack: Flutter (Dart), PostgreSQL, Django (Python)
- Experience with REST API, database, and microservice architecture design
- Implementation of CI/CD pipelines
- Effective delivery within an Agile development environment
- Willingness to participate in on-site anchor days, working from the office 2-3 days per week
- Experience integrating with prominent Electronic Healthcare Record systems (specifically EPIC or Oracle Cerner), and FHIR HL7 standards for healthcare data exchange
- Developing for regulated environments with strict regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO and healthcare IT policies, GDPR, HIPAA regulations)
- Data engineering experience (e.g., R, Fortran)
