We operate community-focused residential care facilities and a network of supported living services, catering to adults over 18 with conditions such as autism, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health issues, Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS), and challenging behaviors. Additionally, we provide various residential and nursing care options for older adults with diverse needs.
Facility Overview:
Lynbrook serves as a dedicated residential care home for adults facing severe learning disabilities, autism, communication challenges, and other complex needs. It is conveniently located with good access to transport links.
Role Responsibilities:
We are eager to expand our committed team of support workers at our facility near Preston.

We share this vision and are dedicated to delivering outstanding care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, Prader-Willi Syndrome, or mental health conditions. As a support worker, you will play a vital role in countless stories of compassionate care for our residents.
In this role, you will assist residents in their daily activities, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. You may also engage in exciting outings, including day trips and community events.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Our ideal support worker will:
- Be dependable, warm, and compassionate to help our service users achieve their daily objectives (including personal care)
- Facilitate in-house activities and hobbies
- Be attentive and motivate our service users to reach their full potential
- Exhibit resilience and assist in managing challenging behaviors
While having a driving license can be beneficial for taking residents on outings, it is not a requirement, as we also employ many non-drivers.
