About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at The Bungalow, a specialist support service for adults with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions, and medical concerns.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to achieve their goals and develop their skills to live as independently as possible.

You will be responsible for supporting individuals with daily living tasks, promoting their independence, and encouraging them to participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions, and medical concerns
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Encourage individuals to participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive environment that promotes the well-being of all service users
