About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nightclub Supervisor to join our team at Oran Mor in Glasgow. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service, excellent customer experiences, and a motivated team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support bar staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ensure the bar runs efficiently during peak times, managing shifts and rotas to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain stock levels and assist with ordering supplies to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Uphold all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for customers.
  • Train new staff and assist with ongoing development of team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner, providing excellent customer service and resolving complaints efficiently.
  • Monitor and report on bar performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Proven experience in a bar supervisory or management role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their best.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Knowledge of licensing laws, health and safety, and food hygiene regulations, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a calm and composed demeanor.
  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
