Accounts Payable Director

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, managing payment processes, and maintaining positive relationships with vendors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage payment processes, including scheduling and tracking payments.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Review and improve the Accounts Payable process, identifying areas for automation and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, with a proven track record of successful management.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
