Accounts Payable Director

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our team at Medigold Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, managing payment processes, and maintaining positive relationships with vendors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the processing of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage payment processes, including vendor communication and payment scheduling.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Review and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts payable, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
