Key Responsibilities:
- Lead independent validation of models to ensure they meet our forecasting strategy.
- Enhance and implement governance standards for model risk management.
- Produce reports on model outputs for executive leadership.
- Support quarterly asset revaluation processes by partnering with the Forecasting & Analysis team.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in model development, model validation, predictive modeling, or other model risk and assessment roles.
- Experience with analytical tools such as Python, SQL, and PowerBI.
- Strong ability to manage through influence and across a complex organization.
- Ability to work across global teams and organizations.
- Strong communication skills with all levels of an organization.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
