Advanced Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at NHS. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our primary care services.
Key Responsibilities- Work autonomously as a member of a multidisciplinary team to provide care and treatment to patients with long-term conditions or undiagnosed undifferentiated diagnoses.
- Diagnose, manage, prescribe, and discharge patients with illness or injury across all age groups, including young children.
- Manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.
- Make yourself available to undertake a variety of duties, including surgery consultations, telephone consultations, and queries, visiting patients at home, checking and signing repeat prescriptions, and dealing with paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion.
- Registered Nurse with Nursing and Midwifery Council
- Masters degree or Postgraduate diploma or degree for Advanced Practice Qualification or RCN accreditation Qualified Independent Nurse Prescriber
- Meets the standards for registered ANP working at advanced level Minor illness qualification
