  • Behavioral Standards: Maintain high expectations for pupil behavior and ensure staff are supported in managing behavior positively.
  • Citizenship and Well-being: Provide pupils with meaningful opportunities to learn how to be healthy, respectful, and active citizens, preparing them comprehensively for life beyond school.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher status (Pre or Post 16)
  • GCSE English and Maths grade 4 or equivalent
  • Evidence of leadership skills
  • Evidence of successful and recent teaching responsibility of English
  • Experience and understanding of Special Education
