Job Title: Technical Writer

At aap3, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer with expertise in networks and collaboration/video conferencing technology to join our team.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Technical Writer to create high-quality, high-value documentation for our corporate consulting clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and developing templates and delivering comprehensive documentation that meets the strategic needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for aap3's networking and collaboration/video conferencing products and solutions.
  • Create templates that streamline the documentation process and ensure consistency across all materials.
  • Work closely with technical teams to gather the necessary information to produce accurate and detailed documents.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation that meets the needs of corporate consulting clients, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and technical accuracy.
  • Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
  • Travel to client sites in Belgium and other countries as needed to gather information and provide on-site documentation support.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer in the technology industry, with a focus on networks and collaboration/video conferencing technology.
  • Strong experience in creating templates and delivering high-quality documentation to corporate clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Security clearance would be ideal but not essential.
