About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Alina Homecare in Hatfield. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Accompany clients to appointments, day centres, and social activities to promote social interaction and community engagement.
- Support clients with budgeting, shopping, and meal planning to ensure a healthy and balanced diet.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
