About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Manager to join our dynamic team at Matrix, a leading company in the beauty and wellness sector. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the brand direction for our luxury beauty products, driving global brand growth and presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute future global brand plans, with a focus on accelerating the brand's growth and presence internationally.
  • Act as a key brand guardian for the brand across the business, leading cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ownership of the go-to-market plans and integrated brand campaigns from end to end.
  • Manage the PR agency relationship, leading them to deliver key initiatives against agreed KPIs to support ongoing brand communications.
  • Build and maintain crucial relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic briefs, analyse campaign results, and deliver insightful recommendations.
