About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Consultant to join our team at FNZ Group. As a key member of our Consultancy Team, you will be responsible for providing high-value services to our existing and potential customers, acting as the Figaro subject matter expert and providing system walkthroughs, answering queries, and delivering training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients in relation to general Figaro queries.
  • Lead business analyst on small and medium projects to gather and document requirements from project stakeholders.
  • Assist clients in the implementation of Figaro functionality, recommending process changes and either recommending or performing configuration and data updates.
  • Act as liaison between client stakeholders and FNZ staff during development projects.
  • Support clients in their day-to-day use of Figaro, triaging issues and suggesting alternative solutions.
  • Provide feedback to other FNZ departments on how clients utilise Figaro, and what plans they have for the future.
  • Assist the Client Relationship Manager in demo, sales, and other activities to preserve and extend the client's use of Figaro and FNZ services generally.
Requirements
  • Experience in a consulting, analysis or development environment.
  • General investment/wealth/life and/or pensions products and the markets in which FNZ and our customers operate.
  • FNZ Platform expertise, including being an SME in one or more Figaro area.
  • An understanding of the regulatory environment FNZ operate within.
  • 3+ years of experience in a delivery/consulting environment in the financial services/wealth market.
