Sales Manager - Diplomatic Segment

At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing a portfolio of accounts in the Diplomatic Sales Segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively drive business growth and manage relationships with key accounts in the Diplomatic Sales Segment.
  • Maintain and grow current accounts, increasing revenue for group, catering, and individual stays.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to deliver the annual sales and marketing plan for the Diplomatic market.
  • Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in the service and hospitality industry.
  • Strong strategic planning skills and ability to look ahead and put strategies in place to support plans.
  • Well-developed commercial acumen and ability to take calculated risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards and attention to detail.
