Site Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Site Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks at commercial properties.
Main Responsibilities- General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and repairing broken fixtures.
- Repairs: Undertake minor and major repair works, including plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
- Installations: Install new equipment, furniture, and fixtures as required.
- Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Emergency Repairs: Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients in a professional manner, addressing their maintenance needs and concerns.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each task.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Site Facilities Maintenance Specialist or in a similar role.
- Skills: Proficient in a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.
- Tools: Ability to operate hand and power tools effectively and safely.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Driving Licence: Valid UK driving licence essential.
