Job Title: Interim Improvement Project Manager

Morgan Law is seeking a highly skilled Interim Improvement Project Manager to support a improvement programme for a Public Sector organisation in the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive project management support to stakeholders and the wider organisation, ensuring efficient, effective, and consistent delivery.
  • Deliver high-quality, customer-focused project management, including all aspects of project management activities that are cost-effective and responsive to clients' and users' needs.
  • Project manage high-value/impact projects, ensuring compliance with brief, budget, and timescale.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Extensive project management experience in an improvement-led environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-value projects in the Public Sector.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Ability to work onsite in the Midlands, with occasional travel required.
