The Role: Children's Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Children's Support Worker to join our team and provide invaluable support to a 9-year-old boy with complex health needs. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a young individual, fostering his independence and well-being within his family home.

About Our Client

Our client is a cheerful and energetic boy who enjoys engaging activities such as playing with Peppa Pig and Bluey toys, exploring the outdoors, and spending quality time with his loved ones. He has Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy and requires support on a 2:1 basis with a hoist.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and support to our client, assisting him with daily activities and ensuring his safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the family to create a positive and supportive home environment.
  • Implement individualized care plans and follow established protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with the care team and other professionals involved in our client's care.
