Knowledge Management Systems Manager

We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to lead our digital learning initiatives and manage our Totara learning management system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a range of technology-based learning initiatives that maximize the potential of our Totara system and drive ongoing research and development to provide innovative TEL solutions to support our staff and managers to meet their learning needs.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement a range of digital learning initiatives that meet the needs of our staff and managers
- Manage and maintain our Totara learning management system to ensure it is fresh and engaging for our users
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital developments and best practices in TEL
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality digital learning solutions
- Extensive experience in a TEL environment, with a proven track record of delivering digital learning initiatives
- Expert knowledge of developing engaging e-learning content using a range of e-authoring software
- Experience of managing learning management systems, preferably Totara
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organization
- Supervisory/management experience and ability to lead a team
