Knowledge Management Systems Manager

We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to lead our digital learning initiatives and manage our Totara learning management system. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a range of technology-based learning initiatives that maximize the potential of our Totara system and drive ongoing research and development to provide innovative TEL solutions.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement digital learning strategies that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
- Design and deliver engaging e-learning content using a range of e-authoring tools and platforms, including Moodle.
- Manage and maintain our Totara learning management system, ensuring it is fresh and engaging for our users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital developments and best practices in TEL.
- Extensive experience in a TEL environment, with a proven track record of delivering digital learning projects.
- Expert knowledge of e-authoring tools and platforms, including Moodle.
- Experience in managing and maintaining learning management systems, preferably Totara.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Supervisory/management experience and ability to lead a team.
