About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Agent to join our team at TiliaHomes. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our housebuilding projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control the cost of production, approving payment to contractors and trades as necessary.
  • Initiate and attend plot inspections with the Local Building Inspector or NHBC, taking corrective action to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Display a proactive approach to mitigating risk, build sequencing, and overall quality on site.
  • Carry out New Home Demos with the Sales Advisor and customer(s) to provide a good demonstration of the home and address any issues.
  • Work closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure the on-site construction team is fully resourced and well-directed.
Requirements
  • A member of the Chartered Institute of Builders and/or qualified to NVQ level 5 in Construction Management, or a time served tradesman with considerable experience of the full range of construction trades.
  • In-depth knowledge of all aspects of construction and housebuilding, including Health and Safety, NHBC requirements, and Building Regulations.
