Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical CAMHS Practitioner to join our Central Eating Disorder team. This role has been developed as part of our Mental Health improvement agenda, as we continue to develop CYP eating disorders services regionally and nationally.

Main Duties
  • Provide assessment and intervention, as well as specific evidence-based therapies, to children and young people with Eating disorders and eating difficulties, as well as mental health problems and significant mental health disorders.
  • Provide consultation and support to front-line professionals in understanding and supporting children/young people and families through providing training, advice, and direction, in addition to the delivery of early intervention programmes.
  • The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
