Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Companion to join our team. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as medication management, personal care, and household duties
  • Accompany clients on outings and provide support with mobility
  • Prepare meals and snacks, ensuring clients' nutritional needs are met
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
What We Offer
  • Guaranteed hours contracts with competitive pay rates
  • Double pay on all bank holidays
  • Minimum of 35p per mile for travel expenses
  • Paid travel time and wait time
  • All mandatory training paid at £10.90 per hour
