Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise and run shifts efficiently, ensuring the smooth delivery of care services
  • Respond to accidents, incidents, and emergencies in a calm and professional manner
  • Deliver personal care to male and female residents, promoting dignity and respect at all times
  • Use manual handling equipment safely and effectively
  • Assist in food and drink preparation and assist in feeding residents their meals
  • Complete all necessary documentation on shift, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Contribute to general housekeeping responsibilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents
Requirements:
  • Valid UK NMC PIN (preferred)
  • Good level of verbal, listening, and writing skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including day and night shifts
