Site Manager

- Project Management: Oversee fit-out projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure project success.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing measures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Commercial Awareness: Understand commercial aspects related to fit-out projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, including managing fast-turnaround fit-out projects, overseeing projects in live retail store environments, and handling projects with budgets ranging from £500k to £2M.
- Qualifications: Full UK driver's license, CSCS card, and health and safety knowledge.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, commercial awareness, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
