Job Summary
We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Land Buyer/Land Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to take their career to the next level and become an elite land professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire strategic land plots to support our growth plans
- Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, agents, and consultants
- Negotiate and conclude land deals, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition
- Work closely with our planning team to ensure successful planning outcomes
- Contribute to the development of our land bank and strategic land acquisition strategy
Requirements
- Proven experience in land acquisition, with a strong understanding of land purchase mechanics and legal structures
