Radiologist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologist to join our team at George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust. As a Radiologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services to patients, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

• Conduct imaging procedures, including CT and MRI scans, to diagnose and monitor a range of medical conditions.
• Interpret imaging results and provide detailed reports to clinicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with medical colleagues in other specialties to ensure seamless care for patients.
• Participate in clinical meetings and other postgraduate activities to stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices.
• Comply with all relevant Trust policies and procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

We are looking for a Radiologist with:

• FRCR qualification and full registration with the General Medical Council.
• Experience of working in a hospital setting, with a strong understanding of UK NHS hospital systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Able to develop, present, and implement coherent ideas for service development and delivery.
• Ability to delegate tasks appropriately and work within a team.
