Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at Hardy Booth Recruitment. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for welcoming, registering, and dealing with enquiries from potential clients in a professional and caring manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register enquiries from potential clients via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Book and conduct viewings in the Bolton area, ensuring a thorough and accurate experience for clients.
  • Obtain and relay detailed viewing feedback to clients and stakeholders.
  • Book valuations for the Branch Manager, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Make offers on properties for sale on behalf of clients, negotiating between vendors and buyers as needed.
  • Progress sales, keeping all parties informed throughout the buying and selling process.
  • Liaise with solicitors throughout the sales process, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Assist the Branch Manager with new business development, contributing to the growth and success of the agency.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator in an Estate Agency setting.
  • A driving license, enabling you to conduct viewings and travel as required.
  • An excellent sense of humour, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Motivation to excel and self-driven, with a strong work ethic.
