Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has emerged within our children's homes located in Wisbech for Residential Support Workers. We seek a nurturing and empathetic individual who is passionate about positively impacting the lives of children and young people.

Key Information

  • We provide both full-time and flexible bank contracts.
  • The starting salary is £24,600 (£11.92 per hour), with additional sleep-in payments based on 8-10 shifts per month.
  • Annual leave entitlement includes hours of paid time off.
  • Higher remuneration is available for Team Leader and Deputy Manager roles.
  • A monthly work schedule will be provided.
  • This role requires commitment throughout the year, including festive holidays, creating memorable experiences with the children.
  • Shifts involve long hours and necessary sleep-ins, with variations depending on the assigned home.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old to comply with Ofsted regulations.
  • A valid driving license is essential due to the locations of our homes.
  • No prior experience is required.
