About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Deputy Store Manager to join our team at B&M Retail Limited. As a key member of our store management team, you'll play a vital role in driving store performance and leading a team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in running the store, ensuring excellent customer service and store standards are maintained.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
  • Manage and motivate a team of retail staff, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and drive store success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment, with a strong focus on customer service.
