Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Professional to join our team at Marc Daniels Specialist Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through strategic financial planning and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in preparing weekly flash forecasts, quarterly reforecasts, annual budgets, and long-term financial plans, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed variance analysis, identifying trends and areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to senior management.
- Reporting and KPIs: Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and key performance indicators, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
- System Implementation: Play a key role in the development and deployment of Anaplan for financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting, and assist in implementing and utilizing Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- ERP Integration: Support the ERP implementation project, ensuring seamless integration with current systems and processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to gather data and ensure alignment of financial objectives, and present financial analysis and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or a related finance role, preferably within a large organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI is essential
