We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to people living in a Supported Living Service.
About the RoleAs a Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with personal care and emotional needs, planning and preparing meals, maintaining a clean and tidy living environment, and accompanying clients to health appointments. You will also be involved in updating support plans and risk assessments, and administering medication as required.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and meal preparation
- Maintain a safe and healthy living environment
- Accompany clients to health appointments and activities
- Update support plans and risk assessments

We are looking for a Support Worker who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. You will need to be flexible, reliable, and able to work weekends, evenings, and sleepover shifts as required. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but full training will be provided.
