About the Role

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting an amazing young lady with a mild learning disability and PTSD.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support with all aspects of daily living, including personal care and household tasks.
  • Support the individual to socialise, maintain relationships, and continue to live independently.
  • Encourage and support the individual to reach their goals, learn new skills, and participate in their hobbies and interests.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the individual receives a high-quality service.

Requirements

  • A caring and compassionate attitude and approach.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Confidence in the use of computers.
  • A love of animals, as the individual has a cat who lives in the household.
