About the Role

Gilmartins is a family-owned and operated business that values its staff and promotes from within. Our Board of Directors has a hands-on understanding of the work we do, having started on the tools themselves.

We provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations in social housing. We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out property repairs and maintenance works in social housing
  • Work to the Scope of Works on PDA for each job
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license (not EU license)
  • Own tools
  • Fully qualified and able to provide copies of certificates
  • Experience of working in social housing
  • DBS certificate
  • ECS card
