Role Summary:
This position is a fixed-term contract lasting approximately 15 months. The primary responsibility is to oversee procurement needs through daily reporting in alignment with established procedures and contractual obligations while ensuring optimal inventory levels. The majority of the role focuses on parts procurement, including managing all related administrative tasks, ensuring that the appropriate stock/inventory levels are ordered and maintained for all clients in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the procurement of minor kits in accordance with established procedures and contractual obligations, along with all related administrative tasks.
- Manage the procurement of corrective/transactional parts by capturing current demand and stock replenishment through daily reports (both standard and non-standard stock) in compliance with agreed procedures and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate closely with the parts team to analyze current demand and emergency requests, ensuring parts are ordered in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Evaluate committed parts on MSA agreements against current demand and stock levels to proactively identify necessary contract amendments.
- Analyze stock trends, including regular reviews of reorder points as needed.
- Conduct analysis of overstock situations.
- Oversee the management of MSA/CSA kits.
- Administer the process for superseded parts.
