About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. As a key link between business operations and technical teams, you will translate business needs into practical system solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical design documents.
  • Facilitate communication between technical and operational departments to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and recommend solutions.
  • Manage project documentation, ensuring updates and progress tracking.
  • Support testing efforts, including test scope identification, test case execution, and defect reporting.
Requirements
  • Experience in process analysis, requirement gathering, and drafting technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Kanban development environments.
  • Critical thinking skills to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
