Business Analyst Job Description

At James Frank Associates, we are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping us drive business growth and improvement by analyzing and interpreting data, identifying areas for process improvement, and developing solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and transform it into technical design documents
  • Review and interpret information from various departments, suggesting the best use of the information and creating technical documentation for the business
  • Identify and compare the best processes and delivery methods to use within the business and explain why
  • Identify areas where process improvement can be implemented and suggest changes to improve efficiency
  • Answer questions and queries from other departments
Key Experience:
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Able to work in a fast-changing environment, adapting where necessary
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst is an asset
