About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Insights Analyst to assist in the creation and upkeep of our budgeting and forecasting systems, while also generating insightful reports.

This position will support the Senior Finance Analyst within the Business Planning, Analysis, and Decision Support team, which plays a pivotal role in driving transformation across new markets and various sectors of the organization.

You will be integral to the development and ongoing management of our innovative forecasting and reporting tool, collaborating closely with stakeholders throughout the Finance division and the broader organization.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to expand their expertise and skills within a dynamic and nurturing team environment.

This position qualifies for the Company's hybrid work-from-home arrangement.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

  • Partially qualified in ACCA or CIMA.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and interpreting extensive datasets.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
  • Experience with Vena or similar software solutions, such as Workday, would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining financial models and reports in the new tool.
  • Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver financial insights.
  • Conducting various analyses to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Preparing and presenting reports to convey financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.
  • Supporting the rollout of financial systems and tools to optimize processes.
  • Engaging in strategic initiatives by providing financial expertise and analysis.
  • Responding to analytical requests from different departments to aid in decision-making.
