Bar Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at the Mercure Blackburn Dunkenhalgh Hotel & Spa. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the operations of the Bar outlets, ensuring that our guests and members receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Bar Outlet operations to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Communicate and delegate tasks to the team to achieve departmental targets
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Represent the needs of the team and assist with training and development
  • Assist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
