TILT Institute for the Contemporary Image is seeking a highly skilled Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in establishing and achieving fundraising goals for our programming and general operating needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Research and establish new foundation and government funding streams.
- Develop and track proposals and reports for all foundation and corporate fundraising.
- Direct and monitor database management and maintenance for efficiency and accuracy of donation and constituent processing.
- Represent TILT to stakeholders and the community at large, engaging a diverse audience in our mission and programs.
- Utilize excellent organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong social, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google suite of programs.
- Experience with SalesForce, Constant Contacts, and preferably Quickbooks.
- Proven organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the Philadelphia business and philanthropic community.
- A salaried position with 4 weeks of PTO, insurance, and a matching SIMPLE IRA.
- Flexible hybrid working hours.
