Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding guest service, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
  • Assist guests in choosing meals and drinks, providing up-sell information and recommendations.
  • Process guest orders through the POS system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Deliver orders to the kitchen, assist in preparing and packing food and beverages, and ensure presentation meets brand standards.
  • Promote additional food items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
  • Process sales, provide guests with receipts, and deliver food in a timely manner.
  • Greet every guest in a genuine and warm manner, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.
  • Answer the telephone, handle guest inquiries, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Assemble and package orders to brand standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, ensuring guest areas are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve brand standards and deliver exceptional guest service.
