The Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to join our team. As a Technical Coordinator, you will work closely with our Technical and Design teams to support business growth and commercial objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and coordinating technical aspects of projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Collaborating with the Technical and Design teams to ensure alignment with project technical requirements.
  • Acting as a liaison between departments, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven history of working with market-leading housing contractors.
  • Experience working in a technical position within the housing/residential sector.
  • Relevant industry qualification and/or at least 5 years of experience in a technical position.
