Position Overview

As a Senior Trust & Safety Analyst, you will report to the Senior Trust and Safety Manager (EMEA) and engage in intricate investigations that involve content evaluation and threat detection on the Twitch platform. Your dedication to maintaining a secure community environment is vital.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify opportunities for enhancement and optimize processes to bolster community safety
  • Address urgent escalations swiftly and work collaboratively across departments to resolve issues efficiently
  • Assess appeals, manage legal inquiries, and liaise with law enforcement when necessary
  • Adopt a comprehensive approach to safety operations, positively influencing team goals
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work setting and contribute to a global team operating around the clock
Required Qualifications
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in Trust and Safety operations
  • Proven expertise in investigating content infractions
  • Strong project management capabilities with cross-departmental teams
  • Fluency in Russian, German, Japanese, or Chinese
  • Hybrid work model available
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Fluency in Russian, German, Japanese, or Chinese is advantageous.
