Lab82 serves as the new brand and in-house digital product studio for nuom, delivering innovative HealthTech solutions. As a forward-thinking business, we are committed to creating new ventures and opportunities, either independently or in collaboration with other organizations. Our goal is to launch two new companies annually, with nuom and Lab82 being the initial focus in the upcoming year.

We are in search of a skilled and imaginative Content Creator to join our team and support both nuom and Lab82. If you possess a passion for visual storytelling and design, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Job Description

As a Content Creator, you will be tasked with producing visually engaging content that bolsters our marketing initiatives and strengthens our brand identity. You will collaborate closely within a small yet motivated team to design graphics, videos, and other multimedia assets that captivate our audience across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create graphics, infographics, and visual content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
  • Produce and edit video content, including promotional materials and tutorials.
  • Develop visual assets that adhere to brand guidelines and enhance our brand's visual identity.
  • Work in conjunction with the content and marketing team to craft engaging and interactive content.
  • Keep abreast of design trends and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and innovative.
  • Assist in creating visual elements for presentations, reports, and other corporate materials.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia content creation, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) and other design tools such as Figma.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design and multimedia projects.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Schedule

Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, 9-5 UK time. While you don't have to work strictly within those hours, we expect you to complete your work by the end of your day on Friday.

Video Interview

Take-Home Exercise

  • To assess your design and communication skills, we'll give you a small project to complete on your own time. We don't expect you to spend more than an hour on it.

Second Interview

  • A 1-hour interview with team members, split into two parts:
  • First part: You present your work and discuss your design choices.
  • Second part: You will be asked further questions.

Final Interview

  • An in-person interview at our Nottingham office.
