We are looking for a passionate Content Creator to become a valuable addition to our thriving social media team at the Together Agency

**About the role**

This role will involve working in close collaboration with both the Social and Client Services teams, as well as our creative studio. We cater to a diverse range of social clients and deliver both organic and paid campaigns to maximize their reach and engagement. In this constantly busy space, it is crucial that you create platform-centric and relevant content that truly stands out.

Your responsibilities will primarily revolve around producing rapid content for platforms such as Meta (with a focus on Instagram) and TikTok. Depending on the purpose and platform, this may involve the use of various camera equipment and iPhones.

As a Content Creator with us, you will often be required to make appearances on screen, whether it's lip-syncing for TikTok or filming street interviews. Therefore, having a willingness to be involved in all aspects of content creation is essential.

Specific responsibilities will include:

- Contribute to creative ideation sessions for client social content.
- Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways to deliver content across platforms.
- Shoot a range of content for use on social platforms, including (but not limited to) new home tours, walking tours, explainers, food and drink recipes and inspo, short Q&A / interviews, sketches and on-street vox-pops.
- Use a variety of equipment to a professional standard, including cameras, iPhones and Go-Pros as well as supporting equipment, such as tripods and hand-held Steadicam technology.
- Edit still content optimised for relevant platform.
- Edit video content both in-app and using editing suites optimised for relevant platforms.
- Drive forward Together’s equipment requirements to ensure the agency has the best and most up-to-date equipment to support client requirements and the ever-evolving needs of social platforms.
- Stay up to date with creative and technological evolution of Meta, TikTok and YouTube and identify opportunities for development.

**Requirements**:
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about social, so you’ll need to live and breathe platforms. You’ll know what’s trending and why and will be able to articulate how our clients can maximise opportunities. If you’re not currently creating your own content, you’ll certainly know the creators to watch out for and will be able to readily share examples of quality (platform-relevant) creative.
- Relevant qualification in either communications, design, digital marketing, marketing or video production
- Proven experience of creating social content.
- Energic, enthusiastic and willing to share ideas.
- Strong creative skills and great attention to detail.
- Social-native and able to prove knowledge and understanding of unique platform requirements.
- Culturally aware and able to demonstrate knowledge of social trends and key moments for content creation.
- Experience of video production, including shooting and editing preferably with Premiere Pro).
- Proven experience of managing a shoot environment (both studio and location) and able to clearly demonstrate how to control lighting and sound.
- Self-starter who can work to tight deadlines.
- A natural creative who is able to ideate, create and deliver content ideas.
- Excellent communicator who can articulate ideas and present to a group.
- Willingness to travel and work hours outside of 9-5 if required.
