About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service/Repair Coordinator to join our team at Score Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of all service and repair jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards, and work instructions.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotes and delivery schedules.
- Draft and send quotes to clients for all service and repair jobs.
- Liaise with clients to ensure timely delivery of services and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of client data and service history.
- Prepare and process invoices and other financial documents in accordance with company procedures.
- Collaborate with the workshop and project engineering teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and tenders as required.
- Perform other duties as required to support the operations team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and take initiative when needed.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and a flexible approach to change.
