Cleaning Assistant - Cromer Academy

£11.44 Per Hour

Norse Cleaning Division is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Assistant to join our team at Cromer Academy. As a Cleaning Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for students, staff, and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have previous cleaning or caretaking experience and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be required to work 10 or 7.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and maintaining designated areas, including mopping, hoovering, wiping down, and emptying bins.
  • Building relationships with clients on site and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Carrying out routine checks and following health and safety protocols at all times.
  • Reporting any issues or defects on site.

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning or caretaking experience.
  • Knowledge of basic site health and safety.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients on-site.
  • Confident working independently to your own initiative.
